Wade Bowen booking agent

A native of Waco, Texas, Wade Bowen (booking agent) began playing music in 1998 as a student at Texas Tech, where he and friend Matt Miller started the band West 84. He earned a degree in public relations in 2001, but rather than take an office job, he opted for a musician's life. His song, "Try Not to Listen," from an album of the same name, found favor at Texas radio in 2002. He released Blue Light Live in 2004. With a new batch of original songs, Bowen recorded his studio follow-up, Lost Hotel, in Nashville and released it in on Sustain Records in 2006.
